Nestled away in the heart of Chinatown, The Club at Ann Siang, is a boutique hotel in a 1900's heritage building. The hotel's interior decor takes a juxtapositional twist on modern yet vintage antiques with contemporary accents. What I loved most was its spacious bathroom, featuring a luxe bathtub, a shower and sinks overlooking adjacent shophouses and busy roads.
Enjoy their complimentary selection of teas and Nespresso coffee for a mid-day pick me up before venturing around Ann Siang.
Head down to Mr & Mrs Maxwell, the bar cum lounge at the lobby of the hotel. With its lush leather sofas and refreshing decor, this is a spot that sure would make a relaxing weekend treat. Its menu is inspired by a couple's love for adventure and travels from all around the world. The menu features brunch food and delight-able fish and chips.
The hotel comes with complimentary breakfast sent to your doorstep from the kitchens of Mr & Mrs Maxwell, which I enjoyed while soaking in the bathtub. The ambience and excellent service made it a pampering getaway that rejuvenates and comforts. With its affordable price, this makes an enjoyable staycation that I'd be sure to revisit again.
