Fall is all about exhibiting rich autumn colours. It's the start of the season for darker matte lipsticks, metallic eyeshadows and strong yet soft brows. For me, this seasonal change also means fresh new beauty trends, makeup launches and stunning makeup looks. Here, I've rounded up the beauty products you have to try this fall!

Burberry Fresh Glow Stick | SGD $78.00

Burberry Fresh Glow Stick | SGD $78.00

One annoying fact about the arrival of Fall is to deal with dry skin. Instead of waiting to combat that, why not prep your skin first? Hydration is critical when it comes to dryness. Besides an in-depth skincare, a hydrating formula is the best for thirsty skin.

With a unique combination of aloe vera and water-gel based formula, the weightless Burberry Fresh Glow Stick also soothes and hydrates sensitive skin. Another plus point is that it provides buildable medium coverage for everyday wear.

NARS Eyeshadow Palette 'Singapore' | SGD 80

NARS Eyeshadow Palette 'Singapore' | SGD 80

In commemoration of Singapore's 53rd birthday, Nars has launched the Singapore Quad Eyeshadow on the 9th August. If you love dramatic makeup, gorgeous shimmer and bold shades, this is a must-have.

Inspired by Singapore, the warm-tone palette features shimmery pale gold, metallic brass, sparkly bronze and a touch of that rust red that goes well with Asian skin tones and makeup looks. For a bold fall makeup look, blend in the pale gold sheens on top of the rust-red eyeshadow. Top it off with cat eyeliner to finish the eye makeup.

Dior Rouge Blush | 70 SGD

Dior Rouge Blush | 70 SGD

Inspired by the iconic Rouge Dior lipstick, the newest launch of Rouge Blush speaks the same beauty language - vibrant. The Eighties beauty look has made a comeback on the Fall runway with bold and warm tones. Building on the Dior Rouge Blush shade in 'Stand Out', the pop of colours is instead used to express bold femininity on the cheeks. Unlike Dior Resort 2018, the blush is no longer similar to the sun-kissed glow that was used to enhance the features.

What I love about the Rouge Blush shades is that they are well suited to Asian skin tones. It doesn't look too overwhelming on our skin and gives it a healthy glow. Some shades I'd recommend are 'Miss', 'Actrice'  and the '999'.

Finally! Cult makeup brand, Huda Beauty has reached the shores of our sunny island. But you'll probably want to act fast if you're going to snag one of their most-raved liquid lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes. As a major fan of Huda beauty, I have been re-purchasing it for the last two years.

Already spotted earlier this month, dark saturated lipsticks are the trendsetter of the season. In Fall, 'Venus' has become one of my to-go lipstick with a muted mauve pink with brown undertone. The liquid matte lipstick has the perfect shade and consistency, gliding on effortlessly upon application. I love it that it does not dry out my lips, nor does it feel heavy throughout the day. Another favourite of mine is that 'Rose Gold Remastered Palette'. I actually pre-ordered mine from USA back in 2016 but the shipping cost was $50, I had to cancel it because that was too much for just one palette.
